Sydney-based Mariachi Australia is an exceptional Mexican mariachi band available for strolling and stage performances. The band is lead by gifted vocalist Marc Santillana and joined by professional and accomplished musicians. They will add another dimension to your corporate or private event, wedding, or any special occasion … even a marriage proposal!

Mariachi is Latin and Central America’s best-loved style of traditional music, combining the unique sounds of trumpets, violins, Mexican guitars and bass. Mariachi Australia play an authentic range of Mexico’s finest mariachi songs, from toe-tapping rancheras to tender, moving boleros. The band consists of three to 10 musicians who perform in traditional Mexican trajes (suits), sombreros and decorative silver gala.

The band generally performs acoustically but can be amplified depending on the occasion, event and venue.
